With over 20 years in the foodservice industry, Senior Research Chef Richard Calladonato honed his skills at casual and fine dining companies with locations in more than 31 countries. His former clients include the Chart House, Tony Roma’s, Bertucci’s and the Cordish Company. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Richard has held a wide variety of positions from corporate chef and concept development executive to director of food and beverage. “I have a true passion for food that has allowed me to develop restaurant concepts for a host of dining experiences,” says Richard.
