Where do I get replacements parts?
As stated in your Merchandiser Instruction Guide, the manufacturers of Campbell's® branded equipment agree to provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty for parts and labor associated with the repair of equipment defects, commencing on the date of installation. Both during and after the warranty period, replacement parts can be obtained by contacting the manufacturer directly. How do I drain the water from the steam well on my Campbell's® branded equipment?
If your equipment is not equipped with flex hose drains, the recommended process is as follows:
1) Allow the water in the well(s) to cool completely,
2) Turn the unit off and unplug from the wall to prevent electrical hazards,
3) Use a ladle, measuring cup or 1/6 pan to scoop out as much water as possible,
4) Use a kitchen sponge to remove the remaining water.
The whole process should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
Why would I feature the Campbell's® brand when my customers can buy it in the grocery store?

Does Campbell's® branded equipment meet the health code requirements in my area?
All of our merchandising options meet the national standards of NSF-4, U/L Sanitation and U/L Electrical. Local health codes on self-service foodservice equipment, however, do vary by area. Ask your local health inspector about the codes regulating your area. Larger sneeze guards are offered to satisfy stricter health codes. How long does it take to receive my new Campbell's® branded equipment?
Typically, you can expect to receive most of our equipment within four weeks of ordering. From that point, setup is easy - you'll be selling soup in no time!
